The page tree displays all the pages currently in your site. The nested structure represents the relationships of pages (parent and child pages). The icons and colors, defined in the Icon Key, provide a quick visual reference for page status and visibility on the live site.
To manage pages, hover over the page you want to interact with to see the available options.
Hover Over a Page
When a user hovers over a page in the page tree, buttons will appear to edit, preview, share and reorder pages.
To edit a page, hover over the page name and click “Edit.” This will bring you to the page editor.
To preview a page, hover over the page name and click “Preview.” This will open a new window with the live version of the page.
To reorder pages, hover over the page you want to move, place your cursor above “Reorder,” and then click and drag to the preferred location. This will allow you to change parent/child page relationships easily, as well as the order in which pages appear in the site menu.
Note: Click OK when you receive the prompt: “You’re changing the Page’s parent. Do you want to also rename the physical filename?” This will ensure the correct page location is represented in the URL.
